REFUND POLICY

Enemy wants to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so it is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If when purchasing in our store you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you a Credit Note for a next purchase (within the same current year). In turn, you have 15 days after the purchase to exchange your product for another model or product for the same value. The brand reserves the right to make any type of refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Enemy, you can exchange your purchase for another item that is available in the store as long as the product is in perfect condition and meets the following conditions:

• Exchanges and/or returns of products on sale are received at the offer price, not the original. If you have purchased a product on sale, you must exchange it for a product of equal value or pay the difference.
• The merchandise received must be in its original sales condition, with its labels properly legible.
• The product exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
• Enemy reserves the right to refuse to exchange any merchandise that does not meet these requirements at the brand's sole discretion.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Enemy offers worldwide shipping provided by DHL. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 5 to 7 business days. The rate to be paid for international shipping depends on the destination, this is assumed by the customer. Enemy will not be responsible for any additional costs, including taxes or any other costs that may apply.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC NATIONAL SHIPPING

For purchases that require shipping nationwide (outside Santo Domingo) Enemy ships through METRO PAC or CARIBE TOURS, which costs $240 pesos. Packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Enemy is not responsible for unforeseen delays by third parties such as the transport company.

HOME SHIPPING DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Enemy offers door-to-door service in Santo Domingo with our enemy courier. The cost of home delivery is $240. The approximate delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after purchase.

WARRANTY

Enemy products are made with the highest quality in Ecuador. The brand is committed to our customers in offering them the best on the market using superior manufacturing processes and quality control. The materials used ensure that the products are highly resistant and transcend several generations, however, due to manufacturing defects and malfunctions, all products have a guarantee if required.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the product due to mishandling or user tampering, nor does it cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of product or contents.
