EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

At Enemy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit valid within the same calendar year.

You have 15 days from the purchase date to exchange your product for another of equal value.

Enemy does not issue cash refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Sale items are exchanged at the discounted price. If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original tags.

The request must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Enemy reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

SHIPPING

International:

Shipping via DHL. Customs costs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated time: 5–7 business days.

Dominican Republic:

Outside Santo Domingo: Metro Pac or Caribe Tours – RD$240

Santo Domingo: Enemy door-to-door delivery – RD$240
Estimated delivery: 24–48 hours. Enemy is not responsible for third-party delays.

WARRANTY

Our products are manufactured with premium materials and strict quality controls. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss or theft.

PERSONAL DATA

We use your information solely to process orders, communicate promotions, and improve your experience on the site.

Your data is protected with SSL encryption and is not shared with third parties.
