REFUND POLICY

At Enemy, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a store credit for future purchases within the same calendar year. Additionally, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange your product for another item of equal value.

Please note that Enemy reserves the right to decline any cash refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange your purchase for another available item, as long as it meets the following conditions:

• Items purchased on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price, not the original price. If you choose an item of higher value, you must pay the difference.

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

• The exchange request must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.

• Enemy reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Enemy ships worldwide via DHL. International shipping costs vary based on the destination and are covered by the customer. Delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days.

Enemy is not responsible for any additional charges, such as import taxes or customs fees.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (DOMINICAN REPUBLIC)

For orders outside Santo Domingo, we ship via Metro Pac or Caribe Tours for a flat rate of $240 DOP. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Enemy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

LOCAL DELIVERY (SANTO DOMINGO)

We offer door-to-door delivery within Santo Domingo using our Enemy courier service for $240 DOP. Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours after purchase.

WARRANTY POLICY

Enemy products are crafted with premium materials and undergo strict quality control. Our products are designed to last, but in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we offer a warranty.

What’s not covered?

• Normal wear and tear
